Our History

The company was established in a small shared warehouse in Fredericia by Søren Haslev and Michael Bjørn Engsig.

Cabicon participates for the first time at the Hi-fair in Herning.

Cabicon relocates to Vissenbjerg.

Cabicon participates for the first time at the Electrical & Technology fair.

In the beginning, there were only the two owners and their warehouseman. But it wasn’t long before Cabicon hired a purchaser and a marketing manager.

Cabicon turns 5 years on September 1, 2013, and is named a growth company on the same date.

The first apprentice graduated from Cabicon as a commercial assistant.

Cabicon supports speedway talent Andreas Lyager.

Cabicon establishes a new company in Poland.

Cabicon is once again named a growth company.

Cabicon acquires the company Industrixperten.

Cabicon again chooses to support speedway talent Andreas Lyager.

Cabicon exhibits for the first time in Poland at the AUTOMATION fair in Warsaw in March 2015.

On November 22, 2016, Cabicon moves to new premises on Emil Neckelmanns Vej 5 in Tietgenbyen in Odense SØ.

Cabicon has grown from a few employees to 13 permanent staff members.

On June 28, 2018, Cabicon becomes ISO 2009:2015 certified.

Cabicon celebrates its 10th anniversary on September 1, 2018.

Cabicon is nominated for apprenticeship place of the year on Fyn.

Cabicon wins the Dyslexia Award 2021.

Cabicon now has 19 permanent employees.

Cabicon turns 15 years old.
